Assessment is part of the change process and the goal of every academic library to function effectively and meet the information needs of the users. Total Quality Management Unit of Greek Academic Libraries (T.Q.M.U.) was renamed to Quality Assurance Unit of Greek Academic Libraries (Q.A.U.A.L.). Under its enhanced role the agency implemented the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) in two academic libraries of the country. The Reports show through detailed tables and charts the conclusions drawn from the pilot implementation of the model and are available in PDF format.
